What data is collected
Through the contact form and the diagnostic I collect your name, email address, company, and the answers you give in the diagnostic. Nothing else is requested and nothing is inferred from third-party trackers.
What it is used for
To reply to your enquiry, to send you the results of your diagnostic, and — only in anonymised and aggregated form, with no way to identify you or your company — to feed the annual sector report.
What is never done
Your data is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own purposes. It is stored only for as long as it is needed to answer you and to keep the aggregated dataset consistent.
Your rights
You can request access to your data, its correction, or its deletion at any time by writing to ricardo@tecnoia.io. Requests are answered within one business day.
Compliance
This notice follows Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 on personal data protection and its implementing decrees, and the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where it applies.
